Alicia D. Hurley, Principal and founder of A Day’s Run recently left New York University after two-decades where she spent her time dedicated to project management in the realm of government approvals, construction management, communications management, community relations, and was in the lead role of one of the most complicated and challenging campus planning exercises to be approved in New York City.
She has worked on an array of building / renovation projects including those with historic and environmental restrictions, those requiring zoning variances, and those that could cause particular disruption to local neighbors and residents.
In launching A Day’s Run, Alicia is applying her project management expertise for clients who are in need of Owner’s Rep services. For these clients, she brings a strong background in managing construction teams, architects and designers, legal and zoning experts and more. These services are further enhanced by excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage complex situations and deliver high quality results.
Alicia is a native of Colorado, has earned a Masters and Ph.D. and has been recognized by The New York Commercial Observer as one of NYC’s “Power 100” awarded to the most influential in NYC real estate.
