A Day’s Run provides project management Owner’s Rep services for the luxury residential market. We work with clients who are taking on major renovations or building new homes.
On behalf of the client, the firm will hire, coordinate and manage the work of architects/designers, general contractors, subcontractors and other special services related to local permitting requirements.
At the outset, it is important that all stakeholders and team members agree to the scope and viability of the project and the client be presented with a true picture of the schedule, possible risks and projected budget. Good project management is the only way to deliver on those goals.
Our services are especially well-suited for:
- clients who cannot be on site and don’t have the time to manage the project day-to-day;
- complex projects that need a high level of team integration and management;
- projects that require regulatory (zoning, variance, coastal, historic) approvals;
